HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two convicted felons are behind bars again after troopers found them and their two young children living in "deplorable conditions" -- surrounded by drugs.
West Virginia State Police say Dustin Ogden, 31, and Amanda Ogden, 31, are now each facing two counts of child neglect, possession with intent to deliver and felon in possession of a firearm.
Troopers say the condition of the couple's home in the 300 block of West 9th Street was deplorable; with drugs and dog feces scattered throughout the house.
Inside the home, they found numerous prescription pills, heroin, needles and a sawed-off shotgun.
The Ogden's are in custody and are set to be arraigned Saturday night.
